About the role

The Little Gym is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a part-time member assistant. This is a fun and energetic position where you will assist with birthday parties, provide excellent customer service, and lead classes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Birthday Bashes!
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the children in each class.
• Work flexible hours including Saturdays or Sundays, and afternoons/weekends.
• Must be able to lift 50-60 pounds on a regular basis.
• Opportunities to pick up shifts and grow hours in the future!

• You love having fun, like giving high 5’s, and can play like a child!
• You live to serve! Making others feel good makes you feel good.
• You were voted most likely to be in a good mood by your high school classmates.
• You love to have fun, but you know when to buckle down and do work.
• You could get paid to fold t-shirts or you could get paid to act like a dinosaur. The choice is yours.

Skills
