Gymnastics Equipment Personnel Manager

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and supervise Equipment Personnel
• Manage staff schedules (setup, takedown, and weekend shifts)
• Maintain equipment, safety procedures, and work logs
• Cookordination onboarding with City HR (background checks, drug tests, paperwork)
• Support staff morale and lead annual trainings
• Attend required meetings and communicate updates to the team

Qualifications

• Strong organization and communication skills
• Leadership experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with part-time staff
• Recreation or gymnastics experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

Must be able to safely move gymnastics equipment and navigate throughout a busy gymnastics gym.

Schedule

Parttime with flexible scheduling; some evenings and weekends required. Job averages 5-7 hours per week.
