About the role

Introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play, all within The Little Gym's unique learning environment. You’ll get your steps in and close your activity rings while you work because you’ll be moving all day. We take our fun seriously but also take the role we play in our community and with each child we meet seriously.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (training provided).
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience—we treat our members like family.
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the children in each class.
• Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day—every week!

Qualifications

• You love having fun, like giving high fives, and can play like a child (a background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helps).
• You live to serve—making others feel good makes you feel good.
• Kids really like you, and their parents really like you too.
• You were voted most likely to be in a good mood by your high school classmates.
• You love to have fun but know when to buckle down and do work.

Pay

$21.30 - $23.50 per hour

All associated locations are independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchise Somersault Operating, and all hiring decisions will be made by its management. Somersault Operating currently has 30 The Little Gym locations across 8 states (SC, NC, VA, TN, PA, NJ, WA, CA).
