The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs offer children a Springboard to Life’s Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood.

About the role

If you love kids, enjoy moving, and being active in your job while having a ton of fun, this role may be for you. You’ll introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play within The Little Gym's unique learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (training provided).
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating members like family.
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for children in each class.
• Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day—every week.

Qualifications

• You love having fun, giving high fives, and playing like a child (a background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is helpful).
• You live to serve—making others feel good makes you feel good.
• Kids and their parents genuinely like you.
• You’re naturally upbeat and were likely voted "most likely to be in a good mood" by your high school classmates.
• You enjoy fun but know when to focus and get work done.

Pay

$18.50 - $21.00 per hour
