About the role

Introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play, all within The Little Gym's unique learning environment. Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (training provided). Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience—we treat our members like family. Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the children in each class, treating every class and every child as if it’s their first day, every week.

About The Little Gym

The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs offer children a Springboard to Life’s Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood. For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance, sports prep, and enjoyable extras like camps, Parents’ Survival Nights, skill clinics, and Awesome Birthday Bash parties.

Once you become part of The Little Gym squad, you will be part of a team dedicated to the growth and development of children globally. All associated locations are independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchise Somersault Operating, and all hiring decisions will be made by its management. Somersault Operating currently has 30 The Little Gym locations across 8 states (SC, NC, VA, TN, PA, NJ, WA, CA), with multiple new locations scheduled to open in the coming years.

Pay

$21.30 - $23.50 per hour
