Responsibilities

• Reinforcement and Leading of the Core Values and Mission Statement of The Little Gym, understanding the philosophy and program, and communicating information accurately and professionally to team and customers
• Teach amazing gymnastics classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don't worry, we'll teach you how!)
• Develop, grow, and maintain a fun and professional work environment for staff
• Foster growth for both the business and the team to promote a healthy atmosphere and culture for the gym environment
• Handle staffing and team scheduling
• Study, maintain, and assess key business indicators to develop and grow the business in both enrollment and finances
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience — treat members like family, respond in professional ways but with a personal touch every time
• Handle office tasks including answering phone calls, texts, emails, Instaply, voicemail, and walk-in inquiries
• Share knowledge of all the programs and events we offer through public speaking
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by cleaning equipment thoroughly

Schedule

Mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends are all possible shifts — this is not a 9 to 5!

Qualifications

• Love having fun, giving high fives, and playing like a child
• A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helps as well
• Live to serve — making others feel good makes you feel good
• Kids really like you, but their parents really like you too
• Voted most likely to be in a good mood by your high school classmates
• Love to have fun, but know when to buckle down and do work

Pay

$67,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
