About the role

The Little Gym is seeking enthusiastic and experienced individuals to join our team. Our mission is to provide a fun, supportive environment where children can develop confidence and skills through movement-based learning and imaginative play.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we'll teach you how!)
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating members like family
• Work with your staff to be their best selves and to teach the best classes
• Inspire cleanliness and foster a welcoming atmosphere for all members
• Excite and invite new customers to join our family
• Engage with kids in a positive and playful manner, encouraging their confidence and development
• Live to serve and make others feel good
• Enjoy working with children and have a genuine interest in their well-being
• Be a positive role model and instill a love for movement and learning
• Have a passion for fitness and enjoy leading energetic activities
• Have a background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics (though not required)

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with children and adults
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate children
• Passion for fitness and child development

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children preferred, though not required
• Background checks may be required
