A The Little Gym “Gym Director” is a full-time, career level position, responsible for the overall operational performance of a The Little Gym of Falls Church VA. The Gym Director reports directly to the owner and General Manager.
Responsibilities
- Hiring, managing and training staff
- Teaching classes
- Managing all day-to-day operations
- Maintaining the facility/equipment
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Selling the program to new and existing customers

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and will possess superior time management skills. A background in child development, physical education and/or gymnastics is preferred. A combination of daytime, evening, and weekend hours are required.
