Gutter Installer - 1099 Crew

About the role

If you’re an experienced Gutter, Soffit, and Fascia Installer, you know the drill: you spend half your time driving around writing small quotes, and the other half chasing down homeowners trying to get your final check. Window World is changing that. With over 20 years of history and a family-owned network of locations, we have the volume to keep your crew running 52 weeks a year. Whether you want to stay strictly local to your market or expand your reach across our local service territories, we have the work ready to drop.

Responsibilities

• Show up with your truck, tools, ladders, and a functioning gutter machine or brake.

• Maintain a clean work site (no stray gutter spikes left behind).
• Aim for a "no call‑back" finish on every job.
• Maintain or obtain standard General Liability and Workers’ Comp insurance.

Requirements

• Expertise with seamless gutters, gutter protection, vinyl/aluminum soffit, fascia, and aluminum trim/coil wrapping (siding experience a plus).
• Own truck, tools, ladders, and a functioning gutter machine or brake.
• Maintain or be able to obtain General Liability and Workers’ Comp insurance.
• Take pride in a clean yard and deliver a no call‑back finish.
