Gutter Installation Technician
About the role
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, starting at 7 am, typically ending around 4 pm, with end times varying by job and work available year-round.
Responsibilities
- Install K-style and half-round gutter systems on residential homes
- Work efficiently with your crew
- Maintain a safe and organized job site
- Communicate professionally with homeowners while ensuring each installation meets company quality standards
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Gutter installation, roofing, or siding experience
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather
- Reliable, positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work overtime when needed

Pay
PAY: $18–$25 per hour, with qualified employees eligible for production pay that can equal $40–$45 per hour
