Responsibilities

• Put the AI through demanding psychiatric case scenarios and judge its performance
• Use psychological assessments to produce expert annotations
• Provide clinical analysis and case records in Gujarati and English
• Apply ethical judgment when reviewing the AI's work on mental health cases

Requirements

• A medical degree such as an MD, MBBS or equivalent; completed psychiatry residency; and a valid medical license
• Work in Gujarati clinical settings with psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, and case documentation
• Fluency in Gujarati and advanced English
• No AI experience needed (training on tools provided)

Pay

$100–$200 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor
