Responsibilities
- Provide perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments
- Absorb and maintain store owned gear, as requested
- Complete warranty repair work
- Interact with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries about repairs
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Skilled understanding of repairing Guitars
- Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products
