About the role

Taylor Robinson Music is seeking private music instructors, particularly for guitar, to teach students in the Fort Myers, FL area. Lessons can be conducted in students' homes, the instructor's home, or via webcam.

Responsibilities

• Teach guitar lessons to students in the Fort Myers, FL area
• Set your own schedule and lesson plans
• Communicate regularly with the office
• Be organized and punctual for all lessons

Requirements

• Great with kids and love teaching
• Must have one of the following:
• A degree in music
• Enrollment in a music program
• Professional performing experience
• Previous teaching experience

Qualifications

• Independent contractor status with pay ranging from $20-$30 per hour based on travel time, experience, and student retention rate
• All advertising, marketing, and SEO handled by Taylor Robinson Music
• No brick-and-mortar studio location in Fort Myers, FL
• Most students prefer in-person lessons
