Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client QA teams, developers, and offshore teams to ensure accurate testing.
- Design and execute test cases based on business requirements and system specifications.
- Provide clear effort estimates for manual testing tasks and deliver thorough test coverage.
- Apply Agile methodologies to drive efficient testing processes and support continuous delivery.
- Lead initiatives to enhance testing strategies and mentor junior QA team members.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of P&C insurance and Guidewire PolicyCenter experience.
- Hands-on expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter.
- Strong background in manual and automation testing for Guidewire Cloud projects.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and test management tools (Jira, HP ALM, ADO).
- Prominent ability to lead teams in onsite-offshore delivery models.
