What you'll do

• Bring analytical, solution-oriented, and delivery leadership to configure and extend Guidewire PolicyCenter
• Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable configurations and technical designs
• Drive solutioning across functional and technical workstreams, identifying risks and dependencies
• Collaborate with teams supporting integrations, data, testing, and adjacent Guidewire platforms
• Contribute through hands-on development and guide junior practitioners
• Provide direction during design and build activities and strengthen team performance

• Transform sales, service, growth, and mission-critical operations
• Serve as trusted advisors to clients with strategic thinking and industry knowledge
• Implement innovative technology solutions in core, digital, data, analytics, cloud, and AI

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years consulting and/or relevant insurance industry experience
• 4+ years implementing insurance core platforms
• 4+ years full lifecycle large-scale implementations
• Experience in specific sub-service areas
• Experience estimating and planning large scale system implementations
• Experience managing large business integration efforts and project teams
• Ability to travel 50%

Preferred skills

• Advanced degree in technical specialization
• Certifications such as CPCU, AIC, ARM
• Guidewire Integration or Configuration certification
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud Claims migration
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Java, Gosu, EJB, BPEL, UNIX background
• Experience with BPM tools, Business rules integration
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
