Guidewire Configuration & Integration Consultant, Senior Associate

About the role

As a Guidewire Configuration & Integration Consultant, Senior Associate you will develop and customize applications using the Guidewire platform, supporting policy administration, claims management, and billing solutions for insurance clients. You will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, and guide junior team members while deepening your technical skills and understanding of the broader business context within our Advisory practice. In this role you will design, code, test, and support software solutions that align with client needs, help integrate business applications, and contribute to work that supports operational efficiency and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Designing and configuring Guidewire solutions for policy, billing, and claims workflows
• Developing integration components and data flows across insurance application environments
• Testing application changes, troubleshooting defects, and validating system behavior across releases
• Translating client requirements into technical specifications and workable solution designs
• Supporting cloud transformation, core platform modernization, and data and analytics initiatives
• Reviewing deliverables from junior team members and providing feedback on technical tasks
• Building client relationships and interpreting business context to shape implementation decisions
• Applying software development methods and Guidewire tools to solve complex configuration and integration challenges

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience

Qualifications

• Preference for a Master's or MBA degree in fields such as Actuarial Science, Business Administration/Management, Business Analytics, Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering & Accounting, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Economics, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Engineering and Business, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management/Research, Risk Management, Software App, or Statistics
• Guidewire BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, or PolicyCenter configuration skills
• Guidewire integration experience across policy, billing, and claims
• Software development methodology experience within insurance technology projects
• Ability to interpret data to inform client recommendations and delivery decisions
• Ability to navigate ambiguity while anticipating client and team needs
• Client relationship building and mentoring of junior team members

Pay

Salary range: $77,000 – $202,000. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
