Guidewire ClaimCenter Business Analyst - W2 - REMOTE

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Guidewire ClaimCenter Business Analyst with deep expertise in Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance, specifically in claims systems. This is a remote, long-term role.

Responsibilities

• Leverage over 10 years of P&C insurance experience, with a focus on claims systems.
• Apply a minimum of 6+ years of hands-on Guidewire ClaimCenter experience as a Business Analyst.
• Conduct requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation with precision.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of First Notice of Loss (FNOL), claim handling, and the full claims lifecycle.
• Understand policy administration systems and third-party/vendor integrations.
• Analyze ClaimCenter integrations and ecosystem dependencies.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to design scalable, impact-aware solutions across Claims, Policy, Billing, and downstream systems.
• Manage stakeholders effectively and communicate with business leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and functional specifications.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in P&C insurance claims systems.
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with Guidewire ClaimCenter.
• Proven expertise in FNOL, claims processing, and the claims lifecycle.
• Familiarity with policy administration systems and third-party integrations.
