Guidance Navigation & Control Engineer
Responsibilities
- Support continued operational safety, safety-related problem, and engineering change activities for out-of-production aircraft.
- Develop new detail designs and assist with troubleshooting and resolution of in-service issues.
- Prepare design solutions, technical documentation, presentations, and support design reviews with cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Capture and document lessons learned from troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts.
- Collaborate with suppliers and support verification methods, testing, and certification-related activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry.
- 5+ years of experience in related engineering roles within mechanical flight controls in the aerospace industry, specifically commercial airplane programs.
- 2+ years of experience using CATIA V5, ENOVIA, and/or DELMIA.
- 2+ years of experience with commercial aircraft programs.

Qualifications
- Strong understanding of mechanical flight control systems and their integration into aircraft.
- Experience with reliability analysis and risk management techniques.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Skills
- Proficiency in CATIA V5, ENOVIA, and/or DELMIA.
- Knowledge of commercial aircraft programs and regulatory requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
