About the role

OCEAN PRIME is seeking a HOST to join our team! We are Great People Delivering Genuine Hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Makes “Raving Fans” of our Associates, Guests, Purveyors, Partners, and the Communities in which we do business.
• Controls the seating of the guests in the dining room to assure the quality of service, guest satisfaction, and maximize sales opportunities.
• Answers guests' questions about the restaurant.
• Handles requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority.
• Cooperates with management and co-workers to assist others with duties, if needed.
• Communicates suggestions for improvement in a positive fashion.
• Fulfills all duties and maintains knowledge of all standards and procedures as stated in the associate handbook.
