Responsibilities
- Supervise employees and general operations of the store.
- Respond to customer needs with excellent customer service.
- Self‑motivated and assist managers with tasks to keep facilities well‑maintained and running smoothly.
- Be knowledgeable of store operations and PFJ's commitment to quality and customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations.
- Incredible customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer‑focused culture.
- Proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels (hourly team members, customers, vendors, corporate representatives).
- Background check is required.
