About the Role
Shift Leaders are responsible for supervising employees and general operations of the store. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills to respond to the needs of customers, be self-motivated, and ready to assist managers with tasks that keep our facilities well-maintained and running smoothly. This role requires knowledge of store operations and Pilot Company’s commitment to quality and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Supervise employees and general store operations
- Maintain a customer-focused culture through exceptional service
- Assist managers with tasks to ensure smooth facility operations
- Interact with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- Work a flexible schedule, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
- Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency with calculators, computers, and other equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Must pass a background check
Pay
Starting between $14.95 - $22.22 per hour.
