About the role

The Shift Leaders at Pilot Company are responsible for supervising employees and managing the day-to-day operations of the store. They must possess excellent customer service skills to meet the needs of customers and assist managers in maintaining a high level of store operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and ensure smooth operations
• Respond to customer needs and provide exceptional service
• Maintain a customer-focused culture within the store
• Work collaboratively with different levels of staff, including hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
• Work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
• Incredible customer service skills and the ability to foster a customer-focused environment
• Proficiency with calculators, computers, and other equipment
• Team player with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders
• Flexible schedule to accommodate shifts including nights, days, weekends, and holidays

Pay and Benefits

Starting pay rates range from $16.50 to $24.87 per hour. Additional benefits include:
