About the Role

We are seeking a part-time team member to join our restaurant in Pembroke Pines, FL. This role involves ensuring the station is properly set up and clean, providing excellent customer service, and delivering food orders accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Check station before, during, and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner, explaining any specials and/or restaurant promotions
• Take orders and input them into the Point of Sale computer to inform the kitchen
li>Retrieve orders from the kitchen, confirm accuracy, and deliver them to guests
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Abide by all state, federal regulations, and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Valid Food Worker Card required
• Prefer a minimum of one year of previous serving experience
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Must have a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
