Guest Services Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional experience for members, guests, and visitors
• Provide accurate information about programs, schedules, and facility operations
• Maintain visitor access and monitor facility security
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and route calls or messages as needed
• Aid with daily facility tasks, including cleaning, laundry, opening/closing duties, and shift checklists
• Support event and program setup and breakdown
• Receive and organize mail and deliveries
• Collaborate with team to support overall facility needs

Requirements

• Availability to work Monday-Thursday shifts from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm and Friday-Sunday shifts from 8 am - 2 pm
• At least 6 months of experience in a reception, retail, or customer service role
• Strong computer skills and comfort learning new software
• A friendly, attentive, and professional demeanor
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Competitive pay: $13 - $16.75 per hour
• Holiday premium pay (time and a half for designated holidays worked)
