Guest Services Attendant
About the role
Bent Creek Golf Course, located in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a full‑time Guest Services Attendant. The position supports a positive experience for members and guests while offering opportunities to grow knowledge of golf club operations as part of the Troon network.
Responsibilities
- Provide sincere and courteous service to all guests, including bag handling and club cleaning.
- Assist in educating players regarding the game.
- Direct the start of play when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
- Service customers who are renting golf clubs and clean rental clubs upon return.
- Assist with food and beverage activities.
- Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
- Perform other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- One month of related experience or training.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
