Guest Services Attendant

About the Role

The Guest Services Attendant is responsible for carrying out operations for the marina and/or restaurant. The primary responsibility is the customer, ensuring a safe environment for guests and meeting all service needs. The role projects a professional company image through all interactions and requires the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming environment.
• Provide the highest level of customer and guest services, expediting requests from clients, guests, and members.
• Answer telephone calls and convey messages correctly and promptly to the appropriate persons.
• Maintain professional relationships with agencies, contractors, vendors, and customers.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and highly effective communication and time management skills.
• Strong ability to develop partnerships with internal clients and others.
• Must be able to independently lift, carry, push, and pull up to thirty (30) pounds.
• Must be able to swim or be willing to wear a personal flotation device in emergencies.
• Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand & arm movements frequently, and squeezing & overhead reaching occasionally.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on the needs of the property.
