Guest Services Associate, Information Desk, Days 4:30p-9p

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to all customers, both external and internal, in the gift shop and at the information desks.
• When working the gift shop: provide sales assistance to all gift shop customers and process all sales transactions.
• Open and/or close the gift shop, including close-out and reconciliation of the cash register.
• When working at the information desk: assist all patients and guests with wayfinding throughout the hospital.
• Transport individuals to their needed destinations via wheelchair when required.

Qualifications

No experience required. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training.

• One year in customer service (desired)
• High School Diploma or GED (desired)
