About the role
We are currently searching for Guest Services Aides to join our friendly, caring and supportive team. Guest Services Aides are the stepping stone to become a Certified Nurses Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Answering resident call lights
- Attending to resident’s non-nursing related needs
- Ensuring resident rooms and linen are clean and sanitized
- Distributing resident meals
- Assisting clinical staff
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- C.P.R. Certification
- One (1) year of experience in a Customer Service role (not required)

- Instrumental in providing non-nursing related care to residents
