Guest Services Agent

We're looking for a passionate Guest Services Agent who thrives on creating exceptional guest experiences and delivering top-tier service. In this role, you'll be the heart of our hotel, turning every interaction into a moment of delight and ensuring our guests feel truly at home.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests approaching the Front Desk in a friendly, service-oriented manner
• Operation of the telephone switchboard in a courteous manner
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel service, facilities, and hours of operation as well as nearby restaurants, transportation, entertainment, etc.
• Establish and maintain good communications and teamwork with fellow employees and other departments within the hotel
• Follow credit policies
• Be aware of all rates, packages, and special promotions; be familiar with all in-house groups; be aware of closed out and restricted dates
• Obtain all necessary information when taking room reservations and follow rate quoting scenario
• Handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner
• Assist management with inventory control and stocking products
• Employees must always be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to all guests, managers, and all other employees
• Sanitize keys when they are turned in and maintain lobby and public space cleaning
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Customer Service experience in a hotel or related field preferred
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Must be proficient with Windows operating systems
• A positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests
• Must have the ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and be able to problem-solve to effectively deal with internal and external customers

Pay

Hourly Pay: $21.00
