Guest Service Support - Food Runner

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Food Runner supporting food and beverage operations to ensure a memorable guest experience.
• Assist with setting tables, supporting the kitchen, cleaning work areas, and replenishing supplies.
• Manage food presentation and maintain professionalism in appearance and communication.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies.
• Perform physically active tasks including standing, walking, lifting (up to 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with assistance), reaching, bending, and twisting.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred; previous experience in food and beverage is advantageous but not required.
• No supervisory experience or certifications necessary.
• Must demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
