Responsibilities
- Supervise and train staff to provide exceptional guest service.
- Ensure all guests are greeted promptly and with a smile.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues efficiently.
- Manage team schedules and ensure coverage during peak hours.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality or related field.
- Proven ability to manage teams effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Pay
