About the role

The role involves supervising guest interactions, ensuring high standards of service, and managing team dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train staff to provide exceptional guest service.
  • Ensure all guests are greeted promptly and with a smile.
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues efficiently.
  • Manage team schedules and ensure coverage during peak hours.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality or related field.
  • Proven ability to manage teams effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Pay
