What You'll Do:

• Be a visible example of hospitality, educating guests and team members on products, services, and complete meal solutions
• Manage frontend guest flow and efficiency by directing and supporting cashiers while ensuring backups are minimized to deliver frictionless checkout experiences
• Execute and uphold cash office procedures and controls, including management of cash, keys, and the safe
• Direct the guest service team, as scheduled to maintain sanitation and cleanliness at the front end and the guest restrooms
• Support execution of digital fulfillment orders, ensuring speed, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards
• Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach at the front-end and throughout the store
• Assist in managing the department, inventories, and team for effective minimization of product loss

This position requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

At a minimum, what you’ll need:

• 2+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations
• Strong attention to detail with organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work at a fast pace
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Retail, culinary, and/or grocery experience
• Experience with electronic shelf label systems, inventory management technology, or AI-enabled retail tools

Physical and Work Conditions

• Repetitive hand/arm movements, grasping, bending, reaching, ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds by oneself, and exposure to extreme temperatures
• Ability to use tools and equipment: knives, ladders, stepstools, box cutters, pallet jacks, and other equipment
• Required to spend long periods of time on their feet and stand or walk without a break (for up to 4 hours or as required by law)
• Required to wear an approved hat, hair net, and/or beard guard, and personal protective equipment

Pay

The pay range for this position is $19.64 - $20.94 per hour.
