About the Role

As a Guest Service Specialist (GSS) at Mister Car Wash, you’ll be the heart and face of our brand, delivering the care, connection, and exceptional customer support that defines every customer experience. You’ll work in a high-energy environment where teamwork and fun are part of the daily routine, all while helping us accelerate our growth across the country.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a wave and a smile.
• Enthusiastically sell our products and Unlimited Wash Club membership program.
• Genuinely thank each customer for choosing Mister.
• Anticipate and solve customer needs.
• Ensure each customer leaves with a clean, dry, and shiny car.
• Keep our sites clean, inviting, and well-maintained.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and achieve goals.
• Enjoy variety, hands-on work, and rewarding days.

Requirements
