Job Description

As a Guest Service Representative, you are the welcoming face of our organization and play a vital role in creating positive, lasting impressions for every guest. You are responsible for efficiently managing the check-in process and handling front desk transactions, including payment collection, with accuracy and professionalism. Responsibilities

  • Manage the check-in process for guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
  • Handle front desk transactions, including payment collection, with accuracy and professionalism
  • Ensure all transactions are processed promptly and accurately
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and courteously
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a pleasant environment for guests
  • Follow all policies and procedures related to guest services and financial transactions
  • Communicate effectively with other departments within the organization as needed
  • Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems
  • Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to hospitality and guest services
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (if applicable)
