Guest Service Representative - Substitute

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests and students in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries about programs, services, and appointments
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records of guest interactions
• Address concerns or feedback from guests promptly and effectively
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and organized work environment
• Support administrative duties as required to facilitate university operations

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Additional education in customer service or hospitality preferred
• Experience in customer service or front desk roles is advantageous
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
• A positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to varying schedules

Pay

The expected salary range for this position is between $15.00 and $16.20/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
