Guest Service Representative (Part Time)
About the role
We are a Wisconsin grocer dedicated to serving communities and providing exceptional service and value. We operate +40 full-service supermarkets across Wisconsin. This role is part-time, working afternoons, evenings until 9:30 pm, and one weekend day per week. Applicants must be 18 years or older.
Responsibilities
- Provide helpful service, including friendly greetings, answering questions, and addressing guest concerns.
- Lead by example, reinforcing company culture and guest service standards.
- Utilize leadership tools such as ten tile evaluations, Coach's Reminder Card, Cashier Daily, Cashier Reference Information Binders, and Guest Service OPPS Manual.
- Oversee operations, monitor guest service activity, ensure compliance with procedures, and maintain department cleanliness and functionality.
- Support by supporting the team, managing checkout lines, and handling guest service responsibilities.
- Maintain staffing levels, adjust operations based on business needs, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Optimize scheduling, communicate with shift managers, and manage lane flow.
- Manage cart availability and honor commitments.
Requirements
To succeed as a Guest Service Representative (GSR), you should have strong leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, organizational talent, teamwork, and training.

Pay
Hourly associates are paid weekly, with a $1 premium per hour on Sundays and select holidays. Full-time store associates receive time and a half on Sundays and select holidays.
Schedule
The Guest Service Representative is a part-time position with flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays within the individual’s availability.
