About the role
Provide exceptional customer service to guests at the front desk.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and greet guests professionally.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Manage room reservations and availability.
- Handle guest requests and complaints.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and common areas.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently.
