Guest Service Representative

Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Guest Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests and students, delivering outstanding service and support to ensure their needs are met professionally and warmly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests and students with professionalism and friendliness
• Manage and respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding programs and services
• Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless operations
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and appointments
• Address customer issues promptly and seek resolutions to enhance satisfaction
• Collaborate with staff to promote a positive and efficient environment
• Perform administrative tasks as needed to support daily operations

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or customer service preferred
• Experience in customer service or guest relations is advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
• A positive attitude, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends as necessary

Pay and Schedule

The expected salary range for this position is between $14.00 and $15.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
