- 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Must be able and willing to lift/push/pull up 15lbs
Must have reliable transportation
THE IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE
No matter whether a guest arrives weary from their travels, or excited for a vacation, you know what to do to make them feel at home.
You will provide a warm welcome, efficient check-in and check-out, and will ensure guests are informed about payment methods and amenities.
You will also respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner, liaise with housekeeping staff, confirm group reservations, upsell additional facilities and services, maintain updated records of bookings and payments, and start and maintain breakfast.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
- Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
- Respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests' needs
- Confirm group reservations for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests
- Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
- Willing to cross train
- Start and maintain breakfast
- Laundry when needed
