GUEST SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out for their services and booking appointments
• Warmly greet guests before their day of luxurious salon and spa services
• Give them a tour of our beautiful salon and day spa
• Use your knowledge to promote our innovative products and services
• Drive results and achieve goals in gift sales, promotional campaigns, events and of course executing great guest/customer service.

Qualifications

• You enjoy being of service to others before yourself
• Image is our business! Dressing for success by wearing black fashionable business attire and styled hair. Women should wear a full face of makeup and have a fresh manicure.
• Retail or guest service experience in the service industry
• Show us your fabulous smile while multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable keyboarding in a windows based environment
