About the role
As a Guest Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests. Your primary focus will be to ensure guest satisfaction through prompt and courteous responses to inquiries and complaints.
Responsibilities
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Process room reservations and cancellations
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about hotel amenities and services
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
