About the role
As a Guest Services Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests. Your primary responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with reservations, handling complaints, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
- Process reservations and confirmations
- Provide information about hotel amenities and services
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
