A Front of the House position with Jim 'N Nick's is for those passionate about serving guests, committed to teamwork, and respectful of health, safety, and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with enthusiasm and ensure their dining experience is enjoyable.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Transport food and supplies as needed.
• Work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Possess a positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
• Have previous experience as a Server, Host, Busser, or Server Assistant.
• Enjoy working in a dynamic, supportive team environment.
• Be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Communicate effectively with both staff and customers.

Physical Requirements

• Bend, lift, reach, and turn as part of daily tasks.
• Carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for up to 8 hours or more.
• Lift up to 20 pounds to shoulder level.
• Carry items for short distances.
• Stay organized while standing and walking.
• Exposure to heat and bending/reaching from under the counter to 6 feet above the ground.
• Use dexterity to handle food items and dishes.
• Communicate effectively with both staff and customers.
