Guest Service Expert

About the role

Spectators Gastro Pub, Day Shift. Experience preferred. This position is part-time and located onsite in Kansas City, Missouri. Pay range is $7.50–$7.50 per hour and tips are eligible.

Responsibilities

• Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, interact and serve guests, and clean work areas and supplies
• Make transactions feel like part of the guest experience
• Create a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures
• Uphold quality standards and maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
• Read and visually verify menu information
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 25 lbs or less without assistance and up to 50 lbs with assistance
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
• Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred
• No supervisory experience required
• No license or certification required
