Guest Service Attendant

Key Responsibilities

• Assists with the overall upkeep of Outside Services
• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning
• Affords education to players regarding the game
• Directs the start of play when necessary
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs
• Serves the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return
• Affords assistance with food and beverage activities
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
• Performs other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications

• One month of related experience or training
• Must be available to open (5:30 AM–1:30 PM) on Wednesdays and Thursdays
• Must be able to work weekends with at least two days of availability, including opening shifts beginning at 5:30 AM and closing shifts ending at 7:30 PM
