Guest Service Attendant

Key Responsibilities

• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests.
• Cleans and prepares golf carts for play following the standards of Troon Golf.
• Performs range maintenance such as: staging tee area, picking and washing balls, maintaining ball inventory over the course of the day.
• Directs start of play and maintains an accurate starting sheet.
• Affords assistance with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area and parking lot.
• Affords assistance in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings.
• Maintains the cart staging and storage areas in a neat, clean and orderly condition.
• Affords assistance in educating players regarding course policy, current cart policy and speed of play.
• Serves the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Cleans golfers' clubs upon completion of play.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Other Qualifications

• Must have a general understanding of the game of golf.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Weekend and holiday shifts are required.
