Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding customer service and effectively communicates with patrons and co-workers.
• Demonstrates ability to establish effective working relationships.
• Assists with the overall upkeep of facilities.
• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assists in educating players regarding the game, and directing play when necessary.
• Maintains golf club rentals including accurate records of golfers renting clubs, services to customers renting golf clubs.
• Greets everyone and proactively approach customers to support their experience.
• Performs opening and closing procedures.
• Responsible for accountability of all Member and Guest sales transactions.
• Assist with rotating merchandise inventory and keeping displays clean and orderly.
• Assists with food and beverage activities when necessary.
• Assist as needed with member events.
• Performs other duties as required.
