About the role
We are hiring Guest Service associates for Frost Fest 2026 to function our front gate and box office.
Responsibilities
- Customer service
- Scanning tickets
- Selling tickets
- Wrist banding patrons
- Way finding
Schedule
We will be open primarily Thursday - Sundays from November 19th - December 27th, and Monday - Sunday the week of Christmas, with fluctuating hours of operation from 3:30pm-9:30pm depending on the day of the week. We will be CLOSED Thanksgiving day and Christmas day.
Pay
This position pays $12/HR
