Guest Service Associate/Cashier - XtraMart - 3rd Shift

The Guest Service Associate role at Global Partners is dedicated to providing an exceptional shopping experience for guests while fulfilling essential store tasks. Responsibilities
- Greet guests and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Adhere to safety, security, quality, and operational policies.
- Operate the point of sale system according to corporate standards.
- Maintain proper cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
- Perform store housekeeping duties such as cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.
- Replenish products and supplies to ensure in-stock conditions.
- Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor concerns.
- Check in external and internal vendors as per established guidelines.
- Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
- Complete other tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to perform basic computer functions.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in various temperature conditions, including outside and cooler environments.
- Physical capabilities to climb ladders, stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to communicate effectively and complete required paperwork.
- Support new hire employees during onboarding and training.
Benefits
Global Partners offers a competitive pay range of $15.00 - $18.00 per hour. The final compensation is determined based on individual performance, company or departmental performance, and market factors. Additional benefits include:
