Guest Service Associate/Cashier

The Guest Service Associate plays a crucial role in driving top-notch guest experiences while overseeing various store-level tasks. Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate the point of sale according to corporate standards; maintain proper cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping functions such as cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.
• Replenish products and supplies to ensure in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors according to established guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Perform other tasks as directed by management.
• Minor employees must use only OSHA-approved knives.

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours that may include day, night, weekend, and/or holiday shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures, including outside, cooler environments.
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to access all areas of the store including the selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Perform duties of the job in a timely manner.
• Ability to count, read, and write accurately to complete required paperwork.
• Support GSA new hire employee's onboarding and training.

Global Partners offers a competitive pay range of $16.94 - $19.94, with the final amount determined based on individual performance, company or department performance, and market factors. Additional benefits include:

Pay

The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location. The Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time.
